The top Pizza oven can be used as a normal oven as well, with the door closed, and for smoking as the fire travels around 2x baffle plates and passed through the oven up the back and out the flue, the top oven has a raised plate with feet (removable) so it’s not so direct heat and doesn’t burn what your cooking, you can also remove the plate and use a large frying pan in there to plenty of room
The lower oven can be used as a conventional style oven as per the large oven fires I sell, it’s just bigger and cooking in it takes 1.5 - 2x the time it would in a normal oven depending how you use it, but that’s all part of the fun anyway 🔥
This fire is a beast and made for indoor or outdoor use, It puts off massive heat while slow cooking a few roasts in the bottom at the same time as pumping out Pizzas like no tomorrow it cooks pizzas fast 5-10 minutes, awesome 👌 you can also smoke food in the top oven 🔥
All Made in NZ & from Corten steel so can be left bare to rust for that patina look & last a life time, or can come painted black as you see them, still Corten steel underneath though so no worries if you scratch the paint off over time anyway
adjustable Airflow feeds from the door of the fire, via an adjustable vent, as well as using the door adjustment so you have good control over it. Even being able to starve it out within minutes if needed
Wetbacks Aka - Boiler water heaters are made from stainless steel, we have 2 sizes available, both sizes fit any of the fireplaces, just the room they take up, and KW they produce is different, check wetback-boiler listings for full details on those if required. 20mm outlets, male 1/2 BSP g1/2 thread size.
Awesome for your back yard, deck, patio, camping, tiny homes, man caves & sheds, even camper vans or boats, anywhere they can fit basically.
They do not get hot down the bottom so are perfectly safe to have on wooden decks etc.

These fires are classed as un tested appliances and therefore are made for places that don't require a permit they are not un tested or un safe, just untested by the official labs (emissions testing) they may still be able to get permitted depending on your councils rules, they are classed as multi fuel heaters so are excluded from the emissions act, but also can be classed as just a wood burner, but as a multi fuel heater they only need to meet building code for permitted installations as per code, but check with your council for there rules as they can differ, but since they are classed as a un tested appliance, they are sold strictly for outdoor use or anywhere a permit isn’t required.
